A little warmth, shared

A home should feel safe, welcoming, and full of little comforts. We wish that feeling for more than the people who shop with us. We wish it for someone wondering where their next meal will come from, a family rebuilding after a disaster, and an animal that needs care and protection.

We love animals. We hate seeing people go hungry or face hardship without support. Giving is one small way we can put those feelings into action—and we believe you deserve to know exactly what that means.

Our contribution. Your choice.

Warm Wonders contributes 3% of the product purchase amount after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes, at no extra cost to you. This comes from our sales revenue, rather than being an added checkout charge or a percentage of our profit. For example, $50 in products after discounts generates a $1.50 contribution before any charity payout deductions described below.

Choose one of our three charities in the website cart. Your selection directs our contribution to that charity; it is not divided equally when a valid choice accompanies your order. You are purchasing products, and Warm Wonders is making the donation.

International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW)

Animals deserve kindness, whether they are a beloved pet or wildlife far from home. IFAW works in more than 40 countries to rescue and rehabilitate animals and protect their habitats. Its international reach fits the community we hope to build around Warm Wonders.

World Central Kitchen

When disaster turns life upside down, a meal can offer nourishment and a moment of comfort. World Central Kitchen provides meals in response to crises. We chose it because helping people eat while they recover matters to us.

Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico

Our care reaches around the world, and it also has room close to home. Roadrunner supplies food to hundreds of organizations across New Mexico. We chose it to support people facing hunger in our own community, including people experiencing housing insecurity. Hunger relief matters deeply to us; this is not a claim that the food bank provides housing or ends homelessness.

Where the money goes

Our giving is administered through Give & Grow by Pledge. Contributions are collected by Pledgeling Foundation and then granted to the selected charity under its policies. Donations are collected and paid out in batches, rather than sent immediately when you place an order.

Warm Wonders has selected the option to cover the app's technology and bank-processing fees in addition to its 3% contribution. Our account lists a 10% technology fee on the donation amount and US bank processing of 0.8%, capped at $5 per batched bill.

Pledge separately discloses a $5 processing fee for US charity disbursements of $20 or more. We have not yet confirmed how that separate fee applies to our account, so we do not promise that every cent of the calculated contribution arrives without deductions. Smaller balances and delivery issues can delay charity payments. Read Pledge's full disclosures.

Once funds reach a charity, that organization decides how to use them within its mission. Animal care, food, transportation, trained staff, administration, and fundraising can all involve real costs. We have not restricted each purchase to a particular animal, meal, or project, and we cannot honestly promise that every order provides one complete meal or another fixed unit of help.

Honest limits—and evidence you can inspect

If an order reaches the giving app without a charity selection—for example through a channel that bypasses our website cart—Pledge's default is to divide the contribution among the three charities. Select your preferred cause in the cart before checkout.

Pledge does not automatically reverse donations when a product is returned; pending donations can be adjusted within the app. Product returns remain subject to our store's return policy. Read the giving app's explanations.

We have not yet verified a completed charity payout for this new program. We will not describe accrued contributions as money already received by a charity. The independent ratings and published financial reports above are available now; completed payout claims require separate payment evidence. Questions about our giving?
