Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on orders of $50 USD or more, based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on your delivery location. You can review the total before placing your order.

Where we ship

Available delivery destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by item, fulfillment location, and destination. Any delivery estimates shown on a product page or at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Orders may ship from our fulfillment partners, and items in the same order may arrive separately.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available, we’ll email the details once your order ships. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a label is created.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you need a change or cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once processing or shipping has begun.

Delays, missing packages, or delivery problems

If your order seems delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier. Please keep any packaging and take photos of damaged items. We’ll work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
